I have a real soft spot for turtles, especially this particular species, the green sea turtle Chelonia mydas. I recently went on a family holiday to Gnaraloo, Coral Bay and Exmouth, and were so fortunate to swim with these charismatic cruisers on a number of occasions. After swimming along with them for a while, you can observe their unique personalities, some are inquisitive and cheeky, while others are shy and flighty. I think this dude has a hint of that cheekiness. He looks excited and ready for adventure. A beautiful inhabitant of Ningaloo Marine Park.
